How do I return a book?

All returns require prior authorisation. We don't offer returns on eBooks. For customers without a trade account or agreement to the contract, this must be within seven days of receipt. If you wish to make a return, please contact the Kaplan Publishing team via phone or email.

Any postage or courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at your cost, unless the materials were damaged or faulty.
