There are a few things you can check relating to the progress of your AAT material delivery:
When will my AAT materials be dispatched?
Materials are dispatched depending on the type of course you have booked.
- For AAT Classroom courses, we dispatch your printed materials two weeks prior to the first day of your course.
- If you enrol onto one of our AAT Live Online, OnDemand or Distance Learning courses, or simply buy a book, your materials will be dispatched once your payment has been processed.
This is subject to availability of stock at the time of ordering and if the material has been published.
How long should my AAT materials take to reach me?
Our standard delivery times are:
- UK – 3 to 5 working days
- EU – 5 to 7 working days
- Rest of the World – 7 to 10 working days (where available).
How do I know if my materials are out for delivery?
If you are a UK student who has given us a valid mobile number you will receive a text alert from our couriers on the morning of delivery. You can also track the delivery/shipping status in the Order History section of your MyKaplan account.
How do I check or change my delivery address?
Your delivery address is shown in your MyKaplan account, so please keep these details up to date. You can change your delivery address at any point before your material has been dispatched.
