For your online material, you should have already been sent an email with your MyKaplan access details. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for this login information. Regarding your physical book this is sent via courier.
You can check the status of your Kaplan materials in the 'Orders' section of your MyKaplan account.
If the material hasn't been released yet, we’ll send your pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
