I've changed employer, so my work email account (which I used to use to log in) is no longer available - how can I change it so I can still access MyKaplan?

If you are unable to log into your account, please contact mykaplansupport@kaplan.co.uk for assistance in recovering your account and updating the email.


However if you still have access to your MyKaplan account, you can access your account and update your details, including your email address, by clicking on the button in the My Account section found directly above your calendar.


You can also update your account details by selecting 'My account' on the MyKaplan homepage.
