If you have just purchased the course, allow up to 24 hours for the order to be processed and for your resources to become available on MyKaplan. If it's been longer than 24 hours, clear your cache and cookies.
If your course was previously accessible but is no longer available in MyKaplan, it has probably expired. Resources are available for a limited period only, depending on your course and qualification. You can extend your course access within 30 days of expiring. There may be a fee payable to extend access or you may need to purchase a new course.
If you can't see a course you think you should be able to access, contact the Student Services team.
