How long will I have access to my content for?

Our access durations are detailed on our website under Core Terms 14(F).


The duration can vary between 3 - 12 months starting from the start date of the course. The remaining days before the course expires can be viewed on MyKaplan. Provided you attempt your exam in line with the course recommendation, you’ll have sufficient access to re-attempt if you're unsuccessful. 


Up to 30 days after your course has expired, you should have the ability to extend the access yourself for an additional 3 months on your MyKaplan. If there are specific circumstances where you’d like to extend past this point, please contact us and we’ll review if this is possible. This may be dependent on syllabus changes and a fee may be payable.
