How soon should my tutor or the academic support team take to respond to my email?

Academic Support opening hours are as follows:

Mon - Thurs 8am - 8pm (GMT)

Friday 8am - 5:30pm (GMT)

Saturday 9am - 5pm (GMT)

Sunday 9am - 1pm (GMT)

UK Bank Holidays 9am - 1pm (GMT)

Email queries are responded to within 48 working hours.
