On many courses you can ask a tutor a question by selecting 'Contact a tutor' or 'Help & Support' from your MyKaplan course menu. You will be answered by one of our Academic Support tutor team, who are available until late, seven days a week.
On some courses, you'll have access to TutorBot, your personal AI study companion, available 24/7.
If you are a Classroom or Live Online student, you can also contact your personal tutor via the activity feed on the course homepage or via email. Responses by this method will be delayed, depending on your tutor's availability, so if you need a quick response please use one of the other options.
