The MyKaplan calendar shows you key important dates related to your course. This includes (where applicable): course dates, material release dates, assessment submission deadlines.
If you are studying via Live Online, the link to your Zoom sessions will be in the course calendar. This is also where the recordings of the sessions will be added (please allow up to 24 hours for the recording to be posted after each session has finished).
You can also sync your MyKaplan calendar with your personal calendar by following these steps:
- Open the calendar within your course to view the full calendar.
- Click on 'Settings' in the top right-hand corner to access the sync options.
- Tick the box next to 'enable calendar feeds' and click on 'save'.
- A new option will now appear in the top right labelled 'Subscribe'. If you click on this it will give you a web address to copy and paste in to your chosen external calendar app.
For Mac users:
- In the Calendar app on your Mac, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
- Enter the MyKaplan calendar web address, then click Subscribe.
- Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.
For iPhone users:
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other.
- Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Enter the MyKaplan calendar web address to subscribe to and any other required server information.
For Google calendar users (on Web):
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, next to """"Other calendars,"""" click Add From URL.
- Enter the MyKaplan calendar web address in the field provided.
- Click Add calendar.
- Copy the iCal feed address.
For Outlook.com users:
- Sign in to Outlook.com.
- At the bottom of the page, select the calendar icon.
- In the navigation pane, select Import calendar.
- Under Import calendar, select From the web.
- Under Link to the calendar, copy the MyKaplan calendar web address.
- Select Import.
