Yes, as long as you have at least 12 months of study time and 278 hours remaining you can still transfer onto an apprenticeship.
Please note that with the new funding rules (minimum duration 8 months), a reduced duration can be considered for those with significant prior learning, which will in turn reduce the required OTJ. You'll need to commit to completing all components of the apprenticeship including the End Point Assessment which includes a Project Report if you do switch.
