I've failed my CIMA Cert BA / CGMA exam, what are my options to resit?

We're here to help you get your studies on track.

If you were unsuccessful in a CIMA / CGMA Objective Test exam you can book your resit straight away. We recommend sitting your resit exam 2-3 weeks after your first attempt.

If it was a CGMA Case Study exam then you will need to wait until the next exam sitting before you can resit. Case Study exams run in February, May, August and November. As part of your Case Study you get access to a pre-seen which is valid across two exam sittings. May and August share a pre-seen, November and February share a pre-seen.

If you were enrolled on to a Kaplan OnDemand, Classroom or Live Online course, reach out to our Academic Support tutor team (via your MyKaplan course) for guidance on how to get back on track. If you have met the relevant Pass Guarantee requirements then you will also gain access to resit resources on your current MyKaplan course.
