If you have booked your ICAEW ACA Certificate exam at a Kaplan centre and wish to reschedule it, please contact us.
Exams cannot be changed if it's within five working days - this does not include the exam date, or the day of the request - as we will have already downloaded your exam. In this scenario please contact us to cancel your exam if you cannot attend.
For Professional or Advanced level exams booked through the institute, please contact the ICAEW directly if you wish to amend your exam booking.
