I haven't received my AAT materials yet?

For AAT Classroom courses, we aim to dispatch your course materials two weeks prior to the first day of your course. Following this, our standard delivery times will apply and can be found detailed below.


If you book onto one of our online or self-study options, your materials will be dispatched following confirmation of your enrolment and will follow our standard delivery times detailed below. This is subject to availability of stock at the time of ordering and if the material has been published. 


Please note that materials will be delivered based on the address preferences you have set on your MyKaplan account, please ensure that you keep these details up to date.


If you've ordered books or materials without enrolling on a course, the items will be delivered to the timescales below and to the address that was entered at the time of your order.


Our standard delivery times are:


  • UK – 3 to 5 working days
  • EU – 5 to 7 working days
  • Rest of the World – 7 to 10 working days*


*Subject to availability.


UK students who add a valid mobile number at checkout will receive a text alert from our couriers on the morning of delivery, should you wish to rearrange your delivery.
